Better steamer than I thought at first,
My Shark just died and I decided to replace it with a Bissell because 1) I hated the Shark pads because I didn't like the way the velcro worked. I ended up getting the Green tea pads and using them on my Shark. 2) To fill the Shark with water I had a measuring cup and funnel supplied by Shark which wasn't as bad as emptying it while it was hot. I had to hold it upside down over my sink. The Bissell is really easy to fill up and empty. When I first used the Bissell I couldn't get it to steam so I called their service dept where they told me what to do. I just had to hold the trigger down and not pump it. That is also the way to not get too much steam and moisture. Stop pumping or release the trigger. I'm less interested in sanitizing my floor because I don't intend to eat off my floor. I think this is a pretty good steamer for the price.
